Lead Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing a customer-focused culture throughout the unit, ensuring an inspiring shopping journey for all customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a customer-centric culture, promoting individual growth and securing a high-performing team.
  • Implement global solutions and tools that support daily operations within the customer function, ensuring operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse customer-related and financial metrics, identifying root causes of customer dissatisfaction and efficiency drivers.
  • Provide a family-friendly environment that converts visitors into happy customers, ensuring a seamless payment process.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' retail leadership experience, including cash handling and performance management.
  • Incredible people management skills, with the ability to identify, support, and nurture talent.
  • A strong ability to inspire the team to prioritise customer experience through leading by example.
  • An adaptable mindset, able to reflect and remain agile in a constantly changing retail environment.
