Night Auditor

**Overview**

Are you someone that is awake at night when everyone else is sleeping? We are a team of passionate Penrith Panthers supporters and are looking for a night owl who will welcome our guests during the hours of 11pm - 7am on the weekend.

**What you will be doing**:
As a casual night auditor, you will be responsible for the following:

- Reporting to the night Manager, you will assist with the nightly running of the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7:30am Friday + Saturday
- Check in and check out of guests, bar and coffee service and reconciliation of the hotel income for the day.
- Assist in the overnight operations of the hotel. Attend to and manage the hotel in the event of an emergency and ensure guest safety.
- Conduct audits on daily processing, correctly posting all hotel revenue for the day and identifying discrepancies and correcting. Handle guest complaints proactively
- Provide a warm welcome for arriving guests and smooth departure.
- Prepare breakfast trays and deliver room service. Prepare coffees for guests and morning grab and go breakfast service.

**What are your skills?**
- Previous experience in the customer service industry assisting guests both on the telephone and face to face.
- Experienced in using Microsoft word and excel.
- Have a strong attention to detail especially when reviewing numbers and figures.
- Reliable and hard working.
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Confident in assisting guest complaints and feedback and rectifying any issues onsite.
- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Experience with making Barista Coffee would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Previous hotel experience and Opera experience an advantage but not mandatory.
