Strategic Workforce Transformation Lead

As a Strategic Workforce Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and creating lasting impact. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workforce transformation initiatives, driving strategic change and enhancing our organisational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of organisational design strategies, including structural redesigns and workforce planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to craft and deliver workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyse workforce data and trends to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  • Design and implement workforce transition programs, including role changes, redeployment, and workforce reduction initiatives where necessary.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators for workforce transformation, reporting outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all workforce transformation programs align with relevant policies and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in organisational design, enterprise workforce transformation, or a related field.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights.
  • Experience in change management methodologies and people transition programs.
  • Future-focused, with a passion for enabling organisational success.
  • High resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver commercially focused solutions.
