Job Title: Clinic Operations Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Clinic Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing clinic operations.

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operation and efficient delivery of services.
  • Perform all reception and front-of-house duties, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with clients through various means, including social media and website assistance.
  • Manage inventory, stock and supply ordering, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a client database with required updates, providing valuable insights into client behavior and preferences.
  • Work closely with medical staff to support them on required duties, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Schedule and organize team meetings as required, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain customer service and patient care standards for the clinic, ensuring exceptional experiences for all clients.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Essential experience includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), point of sale and customer relationship management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
