About You

We are looking for a proactive, personable, and passionate individual who is eager to deliver outstanding service. If you have:

  • Experience in administration, preferably in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and private health systems
  • Familiarity with medical practice software (e.g., Gentu, MedicalDirector, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Word and Excel
