Director of Property

This position offers an attractive daily remuneration package.
- Provide strategic direction and advice on property and facilities, driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the business plan.
- Initiate, develop and implement comprehensive property and facilities policies and plans, ensuring governance frameworks and standards are upheld.
- Translate broad concepts into operational activities, demonstrating accountability in a decentralised environment.
- Oversee property negotiations, leasing agreements, contracting, consultation, design, approvals, implementation, build, relocation and refurbishment.
- Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, staying abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in the property and facilities sphere.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in property and facilities, including government procurement, property processes and strategic planning skills in policy development and process.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
