About the role

Stanton Hillier Parker is seeking an experienced Director of Property & Asset Management to join their team on a 4-month temporary contract to cover long service leave. As a senior leader, you will provide strategic direction, ensure the highest standards of property and financial management, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable property professional who thrives in a leadership role. You will bring:

  • Proven senior-level experience in commercial property and asset management.
  • Demonstrated success working with institutional clients.
  • Strong knowledge of building management and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MRI property management systems.
  • Solid understanding of accrual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
