About YouWe are looking for a confident and capable property professional who thrives in a leadership role. You will bring:
- Proven senior-level experience in commercial property and asset management.
- Demonstrated success working with institutional clients.
- Strong knowledge of building management and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MRI property management systems.
- Solid understanding of accrual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 4-month contract covering long service leave.
