Job Description:

As our new Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the company's ambitious growth plans. This role combines sales expertise with a genuine passion for sustainability, driving innovative solutions across tech, aviation, and design sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  2. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through high-level outbound activity.
  3. Utilise the company's proven sales methodology to qualify leads and close deals effectively.
  4. Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
  5. Collaborate with channel partners to maximise sales opportunities.
  6. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through a consultative sales approach.
  7. Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and CRM utilisation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability trends and their impact on businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems (hubspot) and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Full Australian Working Rights required.
