**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Resilient Families program, which delivers targeted, voluntary child protection services to families at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system. As a Senior Case Manager, you'll work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to reduce risks and strengthen families, ultimately reducing the number of children entering Out of Home Care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Undertake initial assessments of family strengths and needs, developing case plans that build on their resilience.
  • Support Child and Family Practitioners in performing their role, assisting them in preparing for visits and delivering services, especially with complex cases.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver coaching sessions to the Child and Family Practitioners team, promoting best practices and ensuring consistency.
  • Contribute to program and process development, review, and implementation, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements**

  • A strong background in delivering child protection services to vulnerable families.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to leverage technology in service delivery.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and remotely, demonstrating high professional accountability and integrity.
  • A relevant degree qualification and current driver's license.
