This is an exciting career opportunity for a compensation professional to deliver excellence in payroll management.
- Processing large volumes of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company regulations.
- Maintaining accurate payroll data, including collection and entry.
- Calculating payments, including back-payments, redundancy calculations, terminations and leave entitlements.
- Providing guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Supporting the Payroll Helpdesk as required and resolving tickets efficiently.
- Interpreting relevant Awards and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
- Completing projects as directed by Payroll Lead/Manager.
