Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing with accurate data entry and process focus.
About the Role- Maintaining audit records and ensuring compliance with knowledge of compensation policies and legislation.
- Supporting reporting and audit requirements while contributing to process improvements.
- Two+ years of experience in a similar compensation role with strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience with compensation systems, preferably Aurion, is essential for success in this position.
- A team player with initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.
