Senior Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to oversee complex workers' compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution
- Evaluate claims to determine appropriate actions and resolutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for injured employees, medical providers, and legal representatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws related to workers' compensation and self-insurance
- Analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate injured employees' timely return to work
- Provide training and support to junior case managers and staff on case management best practices and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with customer injury management and return to work teams to create a comprehensive approach to injury prevention and claims management
This role requires a high level of expertise in workers' compensation law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all claims are managed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
