Job Title: Talent Mobility Specialist

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Mobility Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient, compliant mobility programs across the globe
  • Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers
  • Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations
  • Assess individual tax residency and prepare returns and settlements
  • Ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories
Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs
  • Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
