About the Role:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Administrative Talent Specialist to join its team. This role requires an individual with exceptional administrative abilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Talent & Mobility teams, including tasks such as shortlisting, phone screening, planning and executing assessment centres, and ensuring compliance with corporate recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent & Mobility teams
  • Assist with tasks such as shortlisting and phone screening for bulk recruitment drives
  • Plan and execute assessment centres
  • Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment requirements
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR admin role would be advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level attention to detail and strong skills with various computer systems, including HRIS
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage competing deadlines
