Senior Talent Mobility Consultant

As a seasoned professional in talent mobility, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
This role is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
- Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
- Strong client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Able to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
