Customer Service Excellence

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers.

This is a key role that requires the ability to engage with valued customers in a positive manner, ensuring their experience is enhanced through prompt and efficient transaction processing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creating a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging valued customers.
  • Selling rental options to valued customers and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this position, applicants must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred, and computer literacy skills are essential.

Applicants must also have a full and current driver's license with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
