Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Geelong, reporting directly to the Trade Service Centre Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing the customer journey. Key duties include welcoming new and existing customers, promoting products, handling merchandising and stock replenishment, generating quotations, and coordinating logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous retail or trade environment experience, are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization, multitasking, and attention to detail, with excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
