Compliance Specialist

Improve seamless currency services and products through comprehensive suites, including Currency Converters, Market Analysis, Currency Data APIs, and secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses.
We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app, and by phone. Our Compliance Specialist will oversee the Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring assurance controls operate effectively, aligning the business with future legal and regulatory requirements.
The role requires a track record of working in a similar position, either within the FX, OTC derivatives or payments industry, or within a highly regulated financial services organisation for at least 5 years. You'll have a solid understanding and experience in relevant ASIC regulatory guides, regulatory portals, AFSL licensing, and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Superior project management and time management skills necessary to produce work in accordance with professional standards.
- Ability to assess complex activities to identify potential compliance and/or operational risks.
- Experience handling internal and external dispute resolution processes is desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss detailed technical requirements with IT and product development teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels.
