We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our community support team as Community Support Workers. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of aged care clients living in the community.
">Job Description:- This role is ideal for those who want to complete an Aged Care qualification while working with aged care clients, providing them with domestic tasks, social activities, personal care, and transportation, among other services.
- You will receive on-the-job training and be paid to attend shifts, training days, and study sessions. As a Community Support Worker, you will work regular hours, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
- Familiarity with aged care or similar experience is not required; we will train you in Certificate III in Individual Support. However, it would be beneficial if you have some prior experience working with seniors or people with disabilities.
- We are seeking people who are caring, supportive, and reliable, with a great attitude and willingness to learn. The ideal candidate must have a current NSW driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and full comprehensive insurance.
