About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Client Choice and positive routines, ensuring that they are meaningful to the client.
  • Work shifts in set time blocks/pattern rostering.
  • Drive client vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Support clients to enhance their life choices both at home and in the community.
  • Report changes in client's health, care plans or if additional services are needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and policy updates.
  • Ensure client dignity and privacy by providing respectful and confidential care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services or equivalent.
  • Current full drivers licence.
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR.
  • A reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
  • A smart mobile phone or device with access to the internet.
  • NDIS Clearance and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
