
Community Wellbeing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to bring our vision of retirement living with a focus on wellbeing to life. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and championing initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents' lives.
The role will involve working in partnership with various stakeholders to support village teams in delivering vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs. You'll also lead key initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer engagement, while building and strengthening relationships with Home Care providers and specialist wellbeing services.
As a trusted point of escalation for resident wellbeing concerns, you'll provide empathetic and professional support to ensure residents feel safe, valued, and supported. You'll balance big-picture strategy with on-the-ground action to drive consistency across your region and share best practice.
