About the Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are caring, supportive and reliable, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of aged care clients living in their own homes.

As a Trainee Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support with tasks and activities, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and respect.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and develop their skills through on-the-job training.

You will work regular hours, visiting clients in their homes and providing assistance with domestic tasks, personal care, and social activities. This is a permanent part-time role, offering flexible days and hours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging social interaction and community involvement

Required skills and qualifications include:
