
Compensation Claims Specialist

Manage the entire claims process, from initial assessment to final resolution, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
- Confirm coverage and assess liability by gathering facts, applying relevant laws and regulations, and issuing necessary correspondence.
- Accurately capture and update claims information in accordance with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Coordinate medical support for customers, including arranging examinations and investigations to facilitate their return to work.
- Support team members by assisting with administrative tasks, updating records, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Participate in team projects, follow established procedures, and seek guidance when needed to maintain high-quality performance.
- Experience: You have a background in managing end-to-end claims, assessing liability, and working towards timely resolutions. Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of experience handling Workers Compensation claims.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant Workers Compensation legislation, policies, and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Customer focus: You have a strong customer service background, delivering positive experiences and effective communication.
- Analytical skills: You can analyze information, interpret legislation, and make well-informed decisions.
- 5 weeks of annual leave for permanent staff through our leave initiative.
