Job Title:

Senior Claims Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex workers' compensation claims from inception to settlement.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex workers' compensation claims
  • Develop and implement case strategies and evaluations
  • Escalate issues as needed and ensure all claims activities meet governance, legislative, and quality assurance requirements
  • Lead engagement with legal partners and represent the company at resolution meetings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Workers' Compensation claims
  • Strong technical claims handling and injury management skills
  • Sound knowledge of Western Australia Workers' Compensation legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
