Job Summary

The SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant will play a critical role in delivering business value and optimizing the Sales and Distribution module. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience working in dynamic client environments.

This key position requires an individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert functional support for SAP S/4HANA SD module, including issue resolution and user assistance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master Data.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide guidance on configuration changes or enhancements in the SD module.
  • Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for debugging and performance optimization when needed.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, including at least 2 years in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and supporting core SD processes: Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or post-implementation support roles.
  • Ability to perform detailed issue analysis, debugging, and resolution in coordination with cross-functional teams.
