  • Job Summary: We seek an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Consultant.

About the Job

  • The consultant will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA SD module, focusing on Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master Data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP S/4HANA SD module, including issue resolution and user assistance.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master Data.
  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Identify and implement configuration changes or enhancements in the SD module.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for debugging and performance optimization when needed.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations and support processes.
  • Support integration points with other SAP modules as required.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members or client staff when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, including at least 2 years in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and supporting core SD processes: Sales Orders, Pricing, and Customer Master.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or post-implementation support roles.
  • Ability to perform detailed issue analysis, debugging, and resolution in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile or ITIL support methodologies.
