Job Overview

Our Team is Seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator

The role of the Quality Systems Coordinator is to develop, support and coordinate patient safety, risk and quality systems across multiple sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support and coordinate patient safety, risk and quality systems across sites nationally.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure accreditation standards are met.
  • Formulate policies and related documents.
  • Prepare audit reports.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements and governing bodies' reporting responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration is mandatory.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience in National Accreditation Standards and their relevance to clinical practice.
  • Previous experience in clinical and change management.
  • Demonstrated involvement in accreditation processes.
  • Excellent time management, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
