Key Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychologist/Counsellor to join our supportive educational community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering student resilience and well-being, creating an inclusive and compassionate environment for every learner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based psychological services to students aged K-12.
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies for students with learning, behavioural, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support student learning and wellbeing plans.
  • Deliver workshops or presentations on mental health and resilience for students, parents, and staff.
  • Support crisis intervention as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
Essential Criteria
  • Postgraduate qualification in psychology, meeting the requirements for registration as a psychologist in Australia.
  • Qualification in Counselling, meeting the requirements for membership of the Australian Counselling Association.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, mental health challenges, and learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as required.
  • Commitment to Christian values and practices.
