Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality evidence-based clinical services to consumers with mental illness and their families in a Child and Youth Mental Health setting.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with local hospitals, other Mental Health teams, and primary health providers to reduce symptoms and facilitate recovery. This role involves delivering high-quality care through assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality evidence-based clinical services to consumers with mental illness and their families.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes.
- Participate in case management and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to consumers and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority. This may include Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Registered Nurse.
