Adult Mental Health Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health nurse to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intake assessments and triage referrals for adult mental health services.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care and therapeutic interventions in community settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement recovery-oriented care plans.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
- Advocate for clients and promote access to appropriate mental health supports.
- A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health endorsement preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in adult mental health, intake, and community-based care
- Strong clinical assessment, risk management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
