About the role:

This Regional Capability Coach will focus on building and uplifting capability across the WA region. If you have a passion for coaching and developing others, creating a winning and engaging culture, then this may be the perfect role for you. You will partner strategically with the Regional General Manager (RGM) and Area Managers (AMs) to bring to life ANZ's people plan, shaping and inputting to key regional initiatives and activities.

This role is highly influential within the regional leadership team, working collaboratively with other People and Culture partners to drive people initiatives and key people lifecycle events. Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, engage and develop talent through our pipeline from Nandoca (team member) to Area Manager, ensuring proactive workforce planning.
  • Work alongside the RGM and AMs to identify future leaders/high potentials and support development plans.
  • Show curiosity by analysing metrics such as turnover, retention, compliance and partner with Operations to build action plans.
  • Drive participation of engagement surveys, analyse results and ensure relevant action plans are completed.
  • Foster a culture of Safety, Health & Well-Being, Changing Lives, and strategic project work.
  • Support recruitment priorities and strategy, driving recruitment activities for the region.
  • Contribute to the development of an engaged and aligned Nando's culture.
  • Partner with RGM & AMs to deliver culture and engagement events.

What you need:

  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable).
  • Experience in talent development and coaching, ideally in a multi-site business.
  • Able to work in partnership, demonstrating support, guidance and collaboration.
  • Lead and land projects.
  • Previous experience in Employee Relations will be strongly regarded.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable supporting regional activity through restaurant visits and travel.
