As a Brand Manager in this company, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth and success of some of the world's most loved brands. You'll bring consumer insights to life, lead high-impact campaigns, and work cross-functionally to create unforgettable product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement brand strategies to achieve business goals and strengthen brand equity
  • Design and execute engaging 360° marketing campaigns, working with creative agencies and internal teams
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop and launch new products, and contribute to long-term category vision
  • Analyse trends, market data, and consumer feedback to inspire future innovation and marketing decisions
  • Work closely with Customer Development, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver a winning proposition to market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Proven track record in marketing, trade, advertising, or research agency environments
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Proficient in English and the local language
