Your Role

We seek a Client Service Delivery Consultant in back office to drive global system implementations. You will work directly with customers to gather business requirements, configure systems, and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions;
  • Configuring and testing systems to meet business requirements;
  • Following up with customers to validate solutions and ensure successful implementation;
  • Identifying and addressing core product gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues;
  • Communicating project timelines and progress to customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Providing training and support to customers on system use and functionality;
  • Participating in internal projects and contributing to the development of enhancements and new features;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the capital markets industry, with a focus on systems or business analysis and design;
  • Expertise in implementing and supporting Back Office systems within banks, hedge funds, or asset managers;
  • Strong knowledge of asset classes, including Foreign Exchange and Money Market, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Derivatives, and more;
  • Detailed hands-on knowledge of industry-standard back office processing functional areas;
  • Experience writing functional and business specifications, with proficiency in mapping conceptual financial elements to practical system capabilities;
  • A strong record of customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work within a team environment, with a focus on providing high-quality service to customers;
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%), as required;
