**The Client**
Our client is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic professional client services assistant with 3 years' experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This role reports to the Client Services Manager and Directors and responsible for all administrative tasks.
The company is a 3 Director accounting practice who provide consulting services to a diverse and extensive client base across multiple industries.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- High level administrative assistance to Directors
- General office administration to other employees when needed
- Light accounting duties i.e. Banking/Petty Cash/Expenses etc
- Reception coverage when needed
- Maintain and update firms client database, as well as all elements in setting up a new client into the firm
- Weekly work management meetings
- Basic social media and website upkeep
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an Accounting practice, in similar or related role.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
- Confidence to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods to meet deadlines
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
