About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Victorian team based in the Gippsland Region. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, and eager to start or continue a successful career with a leading rehabilitation provider.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients. You will:

  • Assist individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios;
  • Support people in recovering and returning to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership);
  • Have a desire to work in occupational rehabilitation;
  • Hold a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Exhibit honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach;
  • Display a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
