Occupational Therapist Career

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome injuries and return to work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a focus on assessment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies.

  • Undertake thorough assessments of clients' abilities and create personalized rehabilitation plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure seamless communication and effective outcomes.
  • Design and implement innovative programs to support injured employees in returning to the workforce.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian-recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Determination to consistently deliver high-quality services to clients.
