As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain independence and achieve optimal health outcomes. Your expertise as a rehabilitation consultant will be instrumental in collaborating with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to develop effective solutions that cater to everyone's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers hindering return-to-work initiatives
  • Design and implement personalized programs to support injured employees' successful transition back to the workforce
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
  • A degree qualification recognized by Australian authorities and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
