Production Team Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the production and manufacturing of tissue types.
Primary Responsibilities:- Direct and support a team of health practitioners and clinical assistants to achieve high-quality tissue production.
- Collaborate with experts to develop and implement new techniques, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory standards.
- Ensure efficient production operations by streamlining processes and addressing any challenges that arise.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for advancing tissue banking services.
Requirements:- Hold a degree in medical science, science, applied science or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
- Demonstrate expertise in tissue recovery and processing, including adherence to complex frameworks.
- Exhibit excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, enabling effective management of competing priorities.
