Job DescriptionHow you'll make a difference:
- Active participation in business and strategic planning activities
- Lead the Highways team; reporting to the Group Lead, Transport through the delivery of major projects
- Own the culture, take responsibility for the teams performance
- Client face, bringing depth of TMR relationships and proven delivery to the role
