Job Title: Capability Development Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Capability Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive training frameworks and programs for customer-facing operational teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop impactful learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end complex learning design to address development needs, utilising a variety of learning formats (digital, face-to-face, video, etc.).
  • Design learning and enhance existing programs/trainings to meet the current and future needs of our contact centre and bereavement centre teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in creating and delivering training and development frameworks and programs for customer-facing teams.
  • Experience in building and implementing training programs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful training initiatives.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills including the use of presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
