Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication skills. The Commercial Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing strategic insights to our sales teams.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer and mine site data to identify high-value opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to introduce these insights to our sales teams.
  • Coordinating and tracking warm introductions to the Digital sales team.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across functions and regions to ensure execution of commercial strategy.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to inform commercial direction.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial analyst, business analyst, or sales operations role.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across different levels and regions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering under deadlines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
