Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team in Perth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic and tactical advisory skills, with the ability to provide valuable insights to clients throughout the sale or purchase of a business or asset.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires two to five years' work experience in a professional services environment, including one to two years prior transaction experience.

  • Prepare marketing materials, conduct buyer research, perform valuation analysis, and coordinate due diligence preparation.
  • Build financial data books and analyze financial models.
  • Contribute to engagement planning and project management.
  • Establish strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance or law.
  • Strong numeracy and written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, curiosity to learn and desire to contribute to a highly motivated team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
