We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Data Insights Leader to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop actionable insights.
  • Create and deliver advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and operations teams to centralise and manage large, complex datasets.
  • Promote continuous improvement of data processes, governance, and analytical methodologies.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Analyst (ideally within logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similar data-rich environment).
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern data warehouses.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and analytics best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience mentoring or managing analysts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
