We are seeking a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Specialist to join our national sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding delivery drivers while contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing and administration.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment, preferably within the transport industry. They will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Induction and Compliance: Conduct driver inductions, including training on safety procedures etc.
  • Communication: Foster positive communication with drivers and cultivate a customer-first mindset.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for seamless onboarding of drivers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
