Sourcing Expert

The Sourcing Expert plays a vital role in the E7-A Sustainment Team, supporting complex supply chain requirements for the sustainment of the Wedgetail program.
About the Role- Engage with internal stakeholders to support contract management and procurement processes.
- Maintain currency of existing subcontracts, negotiating and implementing complex subcontract variations.
- Manage existing subcontracts and promote collaboration among subcontractors to ensure timely performance and compliance.
- Develop practical solutions to complex procurement and subcontract issues.
- Identify and develop sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute contract documentation.
- Manage subcontractor invoicing compliance and reporting.
- Three to five years of experience in contracts management or procurement.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business, or commerce (desirable).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
