ICT Sourcing Expert
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Sourcing Expert to direct and manage a high-performing team for our business unit. The role will play a pivotal part in ensuring procurement service delivery aligns with agreed service levels, business objectives, and government policies.
The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to shape the future of ICT sourcing while leading a collaborative team to deliver excellence across Queensland. You will oversee procurement services and category management for our stakeholders, establishing strategies and offering expert advice on whole-of-government and departmental policies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and procurement planning process, including tender development, release, and closure.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop service provisions and resourcing levels to meet stakeholder needs.
- Conduct and coordinate the sourcing and contract process for our hardware and software services.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that upholds ethical practices, safety, equity, and diversity.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Level 3 or higher Queensland Government Procurement certification.
- Sound understanding of procurement service delivery and experience in applying procurement-related policies.
- Professional communication and collaboration skills.
