About the Role

The ICT Sourcing Officer is a key member of our team, responsible for facilitating the delivery of low risk, low value and transactional sourcing required by our annual ICT Program of Work. They will work closely with our sourcing specialists to support medium and higher complexity sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with our strategies and ongoing management and development of supplier relationships.

The ICT Sourcing Officer must possess strong customer focus skills, interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, procurement expertise and ICT technical knowledge to perform this role. They will establish and maintain internal customer relationships with key contacts to ensure the effective management of sourcing activities.

  • Deliver low risk, low value and transactional sourcing as per our annual ICT Program of Work.
  • Support sourcing specialists with medium and higher complexity sourcing activities.
  • Liaise with the ICT Sourcing Specialist team and ICT Category Management team to ensure alignment with strategies.
  • Maintain internal customer relationships with key contacts.
