Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic planning and deployment of IT infrastructure, including computing equipment, electrical power, and cabling for voice, data, security, and information systems.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals with expertise in Computers, Networks, VOIP, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Cloud services, etc.

About You:

  • You will have at least 5 years of experience managing corporate IT services, with hands-on experience and strong leadership skills.
  • A successful candidate will be able to define and negotiate service level agreements that balance performance, reliability, and costs.
  • Maintain an efficient Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for asset management.
  • Project management experience with international exposure is highly valued.
