Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced infrastructure specialist to join our team due to recent growth in clients and projects.

As an infrastructure specialist, you will play a key role in delivering various built form and urban development projects.

  • Deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions across a range of sectors
  • Manage projects and deliver engineering investigation, assessment, and design and construction management documentation
  • Design roads, bulk earthworks and drainage systems
  • Communicate project requirements to sub-consultants, contractors, architects and developers
  • Utilise multi-discipline project delivery by using various civil design packages
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated experience within tier 1 and/or tier 2 engineering consultancy
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-graduate experience as a competent consulting engineer
  • Experience in preparing detailed design and documentation of roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and stormwater drainage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working autonomously
  • Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of civil design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
  • Competent use of other civil modelling software such as DRAINS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Autoturn
  • Excellent communication skills - able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
  • Creative problem-solving skills to continually find ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across multiple offices
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling interruptions, changes, and challenges
